Queen Bee Cupcakes

I have an intense love for cupcakes, so when I saw this vintage Airstream trailor that bakes and sells cupcakes, I almost screamed. Ok, well maybe I did scream a little. I mean, how cute is this? I totally wish I would've thought this up. So I jumped out of the car and went up to the window to order my cupcakes (yes, that's cupcakes, plural. I mean, you have to try more than one, right?)

And then the decisions.....

Decisions, decisions, decisions......hmmmm.

Well, all the cupcakes I got were phenomenal! I purchased three to try and share with the family. A no brainer was the Chocolate Pink - coffee infused chocolate cake topped with pink vanilla frosting...YUM-O!! It was wonderful. The chocolate cake was so moist and light. I enjoyed the vanilla frosting because I didn't think it was too sweet and it complemented the cake very well. Also, the cake to frosting ratio on all the cupcakes was perfect. Next up, I got the Chocolate Lover's - coffee infused chocolate cake with a fudgy chocolate frosting. Talk about chocolatey, this one totally lives up to it's name! The texture of the fudgy frosting was nice and, well, fudgy. The third and final cupcake I got was the Chocolate Peanut Butter - the coffee infused chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting topped with a peanut. The peanut butter frosting was awesome, just the right amount of peanut butter and sugar. After I bought the cupcakes, I realized I got all chocolate cake, which upset me, because I really would've loved to have tried the vanilla bean cake that they also have on their menu. I know it has to be insanely good!!
